Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC AEE) has successfully conducted the screening test for the post of Assistant Executive Engineer(AEE) -2016 on 5th and 6th November. Around 70,000 candidates applied and appeared for the test. Aspirants are eagerly waiting for the results and now the wait is over. The result will be declared by today only.
APPSC had released the notification for the recruitment program of Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) 17th August 2016. and the deadline for the application registration was 21st September.

The program has overall 748 vacancies that include various departments like Andhra Pradesh PH & ME department, AP Water Resource Department, Tribal Welfare Engineering Department, Panchayat Raj Department and Ground Water Department.
APPSC AEE-2016 screening/APPSC AEE cut-off
Andhra Pradesh Service commission had decided to conduct single level competitive exam in the first place, as they were unaware of the number of applications but later they changed their mind and decided to conduct two separate examinations. Offline objective type screening test (Pen and paper based) and second online objective type main test so as to make it easy.
Offline objective type AEE-2016 was held on 6th November and the qualifying candidates will be allowed to appear in AEE-2016 mains test. on 29th and 30th December. The screening test consisted of three sections carrying 50 marks each and candidate needs 40% (for general candidates) and 35%(for SC/ST candidates) marks to qualify.
The main test is divided into 3 papers- Paper 1, Paper 2 & Paper 3. Paper 1 & Paper 2 will be conducted on 29th December and Paper 3, on 30th December. Earlier, Service commission has updated the revised cut-off mark sheet on the official website www.pcs.ap.gov.in.
