DDA 2016-17 Housing Scheme is a much awaited housing scheme announced on 18 November 2016 under which the authority is offering 13,148 housing units for Janta, EHS, LIG, MIG and HIG categories in different areas of the capital city.

Finally, the last meeting DDA official’s has given approval and announced DDA Housing scheme 2016-17. the officials also informed about the number of flats, locations, online applications and registration fees.
A meeting was organized with an agenda of DDA upcoming housing scheme 2016-17 and the proposal of the scheme was presented in front of DDA Senior officials and taking a review, they approved the DDA Flat Scheme 2016-17.
However the date of online registration was not announced in the meeting, it is expected that the online application for DDA housing scheme 2016 may be rolled out in the month of January due to demonetization.

Online Registration & Applications:
DDA has announced the scheme but the registration date is still not disclosed by the DDA officials. According to the source, the registration and online applications for DDA Scheme 2016-17 will be rolled out in the end of December or in the start of January 2017.
Registration Amount:
The registration amount for LIG, Janta, and EHS flats is Rs. 1 lakh while for MIG and HIG flats, the applicants will have to pay Rs. 2 lakh as registration fee.
Not a steep hike in the registration amount as it was rumored, the registration amount may hike up to Rs. 5 lakh but the registration amount has been hiked but not this much.
