India is an emerging market and all the companies around the world can clearly see it. That is why nowadays we are seeing so many companies entering the Indian markets. HTC has been around here for quite some time now. Now, they launched another smartphone which goes by the name HTC Desire 10 Pro. It has been priced at Rs.26,490 and will be launched in the nation on December 15.

As far as the optics are concerned, HTC Desire 10 Pro will not disappoint any photography lover as it comes with a 20MP camera on the back. The features of this camera include a BSI sensor, Laser Auto Focus (LAF), Aperture 2.2, 27.8mm focal length and a dual tone LED flash. The front camera also stands at an impressive 13MP. It also has a BSI sensor along with f/2.2 and 27.8mm focal length. You can also record 1080p videos at 30fps.
- Storage
The HTC Desire 10 Pro has ample storage space as it comes with 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage. If you feel like that is not enough, you can expand it up to a staggering 2TB via micro SD card.
- OS
It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. There is HTC’s custom Sense skin on top of it to enhance the features.
- Features
The phone is loaded to the brim with features. These include Fast Charging, HTC BoomSound to name some. There are also a number of sensors which include Accelerometer, Fingerprint, Proximity, Compass, Gyroscope and Ambient Light sensor.
- Communication
The phone scores a complete ten here. It offers all the communication tools like Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Hotspot, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, NFC and Micro USB 2.0.

The HTC Desire 10 Pro draws its power from a 3000mAh non-removable Li-Ion cell.

The HTC Desire 10 Pro was launched along with HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle. The latter was launched in India back in September with a price tag of Rs.15,990. Both these smartphones come with a matte finish which gives them an exotic look. Also, both of them have HTC BoomSound.
The HTC Desire 10 Pro has a fingerprint scanner at the back which the company claims can read your fingerprint from almost any angle. You can also use the fingerprint scanner as the camera shutter when you are clicking selfies.
It is a dual SIM phone with support for 4G LTE. The dimensions of HTC Desire 10 Pro are 156.5mm x 76mm x 7.86 mm. It weighs 165 grams.
Price and availability of HTC Desire 10 Pro
As we mentioned earlier, the phone will be launched in the country on December 15. If you want to get your hands on this then you will have to shell out Rs.26,490. The company also said that they are celebrating its 10 years in India. As a part of the celebration, they will be launching the HTC 10 Evo by the end of the year.
