Russian scientists have developed the Sputnik Vaccine to treat Covid 19. It is considered one of the safest vaccines and a large number of people in India too, prefer Sputnik Vaccine. Additionally, as per an update in Mid July 2021, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) announced a partnership with the Serum Institute of India (SII) to produce 300 million doses in a year. Sputnik Vaccine Registration and Availability
The online Registration for the Sputnik vaccine in India has not been started yet. However, several private hospitals Fortis and Apollo Private Hospitals in Delhi NCR provided the Sputnik V Vaccination in the month of June.
Furthermore, Sputnik Vaccine Online Registration/Booking will start as soon as the notification releases about the Commercial launch of Vaccine.

Sputnik Vaccine Price In India
The centre has decided the Price of Sputnik V Vaccine Per Dose will be Rs. 1145 Rupees only at the private hospitals. Whereas it would be provided free of cost in Government hospitals.
Sputnik Efficacy
In Phase-3, of testing and research, the Sputnik V Efficacy has been analyzed in two doses. It comes out that the two doses of V Light Vaccine have an efficacy rate of 91.6 per cent. Whereas 79.4 Percent is the single-dose efficacy rate.
