Mehram song Kahaani 2: The sequel of Kahaani 2 is all set to hit the big screen soon and the fandom is all intrigued after the release of its trailer. Vidya Balan essays the role of a doting mother in the movie and is also seen as a wanted fugitive named Durga Rani.

Vidya’s role is of a mother who is frantically searching for her kidnapped daughter. And the first song released from the movie is quite telling of her role in it. The song Mehram depicts the love between of a mother and daughter. In the song, Durga is seen recalling the good times she shared with her daughter and how she misses them.
The song is sung by Arijit Singh. The song in the mellifluent voice of the Arijit is bound to make you fall in love with it.
The movie is scheduled for release on December 2, 2016, and stars Vidya Balan and Arjun Rampal. The movie is a Hindi thriller, directed by Sujoy Ghosh. It is inspired by Satyajit Ray’s Feluda which was a detective series.
