Bryce Dallas Howard was paid 'so much less' than Chris Pratt for "Jurassic World"

For the film 'Jurassic World', actress Bryce Dallas Howard claimed she was paid "so much less" than her co-star Chris Pratt.
According to Variety, the actress Howard earned $8 million for the second film, "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom," and the actor Pratt earned $10 million.
"The reports were so interesting because I was paid so much less than the reports even said, so much less," she said.
Bryce Dallas Howard revealed in a new interview published Monday that their pay gap was more than $2 million.
"When I started negotiating for 'Jurassic', it was 2014, and it was a different world, and I was at a great disadvantage.
And, unfortunately, you have to sign up for three movies, and so your deals are set."

Howard also revealed that she and Pratt discussed the wage disparity.
And Pratt pushed for her to receive equal pay on other franchise commitments, such as spin-off video games and theme park rides.
