Yogendra Yadav Explanation: In a recent announcement of Centre government stating people can deposit amount above Rs 5,000 only once and even they will be inquired by the bank officials why they took so long to deposit the money.
The former AAP member and political activist Yogendra Yadav on Tuesday went to his bank and gave an explanation letter because he wanted to deposit the money which was more than five thousand Rupees. He has also posted his letter on Facebook account.

The letter written by him has got viral on the several social media platforms nowadays. In the explanation, Yadav has written that he wanted to avoid queues which is why he did not visit the bank till now.
“I have made no cash deposit in my account since 8 November 2016,” Yadav wrote on Facebook.
“I see no reason to offer any special explanation for the same [for making the deposit now]. I normally like and wait for the queues to end. I was assured by the Prime Minister, the Finance Minister, nd the RBI that there was no need to rush to the banks and that I had till 30 December for making any deposit. I believed them,” he added.

At the same time, the Tweet of Finance Minister Arun Jaitley from November 16 is doing rounds on Twitter today in which he has asked people not to rush to the banks immediately since they have time till December 30, 2016 to exchange and deposit the old notes. On the other hand, it seems that there is no coordination amid the departments and the new orders with each passing day is getting people confused.
