Followers lodged case against Shirish Kunder
The followers of Yogi Adityanath also protested against Shirish Kunder. Amit Kumar Tiwari, the secretary of Thakurdwara Trust of Ayodhya, filed a complaint against the director at the Hazratganj Police Station in Lucknow and an FIR was lodged based on his complaint. Complainant urged police to take strong action against the Kunder for comparing CM Yoginath to the international terrorist.
Filmmaker apologised and removed tweets from his timeline
After an FIR, the filmmaker apologized for his act and removed tweets from his timeline, he reportedly wrote,
, “Hoping a goon will stop rioting once he’s allowed to rule is like expecting a rapist to stop raping once he’s allowed to rape.”
He further added, “Going by the logic of making a goon as CM so that he behaves, Dawood can be CBI director. And Mallya – RBI Governor.”
Now, according to a tweet by ANI, an FIR has been registered in Hazratganj against filmmaker and Farah Khan’s husband Shirish Kunder for his tweet against UP CM Yogi Adityanath. However, Shirish has gone ahead and made a public apology through his handle.
People should think twice before what they say about intellectual people like Yogi Adityanath.
