1. The Walking Dead
Robert Kirkman is genius; the way he has brought the video game alive into a live action TV show is laudable. The Walking dead is one of the 10 best horror TV shows which will take away your appetite. The walking dead is one of it’s kind with the Zombie Apocalypse and Rick and his team beating all the odds to survive. The series is a big hit and has entered into Season 7 where Negan is ruling the world of the living and dead.
2. American Horror Story
American Horror Story has showed us everything, Haunted Houses, Witches, Vampires, Ghosts, Demons, etcetera. It is one of the best horror TV shows which has mixed all the characters into one wine. The series has lots of gore and special thing about American Horror Story was Asylum which became all time hit. AHS is the scariest horror TV show right now.
3. The Strain
One of its kinds, this show is out of box. The Strain is completely a different kind, which is normally not seen in other horror TV shows. Although it is a Vampire based show but with different kinds of vampires and a complete new story. With the like of Corey Stoll, Kevin Durand and many more the show just ended with its third season and will end after the conclusion of Season 4. A must watch series.
4. From Dusk Till Dawn series
Adapted from the 1996 movie which starred George Clooney and Salma Hayek, The Cult horror got a reboot into series in 2014 when Robert Rodriguez introduced the season 1. The show centers on Gecko brothers who are wanted for the murder of a Texas Ranger. From there the story takes turn and puts them in front of Snake Vampires, Demons and etcetera. Recently season 3 winded up and the producers are looking for its renewal.
5. Ash Vs Evil Dead
Sam Raimi returned back with his horror fiction Evil dead converting into one of the best horror TV shows. Ash Vs Evil Dead has took the television world by storm bringing Bruce Campbell back into action. The series got the excellent reaction from its fans. Currently streaming on Starz the show got another season into its kitty.
6. Supernatural
A story about two brothers who set on a journey to find out the supernatural entities in the world and send them into hell. Out of all the horror TV shows, Supernatural is the longest running show which entered into its season 12. Currently relayed on CW channel also known as Warner Bros TV channel.
7. Sleepy Hollow
Adapted from the movie which came out in 1999 featuring Johnny Depp and got a reboot in form of series. Currently the show is into its production for the fourth season. The series plot revolves around Ichabod Crane who faces a dangerous headless horseman. He passes through different times, only to settle down in present one where he faces demons, death, and hell.
8. Fear the Walking Dead
The show is a prequel of the hit series The Walking dead which features how the virus got infected into humans and then starting the Zombie Apocalypse which gripped the whole world making them flesh eating deadites. The show received positive reviews and got renewed for season three. The show is also a creation of Robert Kirkman. It is aired on channel AMC.
9. Outcast (TV Series)
Outcast is a TV series which got its first ride in June 2016; it is one of best horror TV shows of 2016. The series is based on comics by same name created by Robert Kirkman who is also the producer of the show. Outcast centers on a man, who tries to save his family and others in his town from a demonic possession. Season one was loved by fans and shows creator’s renewed it for second season
10. Scream Queens
The series took its first flight in 2015, The story revolves around mystery murders starts happening at Wallace University. Events reoccur after a span of 20 years, murders start happening which begins targeting the sorority members. The series got renewed for second season which is currently showcased on Fox Television.
