Mood Changer: When you think you are down and out there are simpler ways to be cheerful again

Every now and then we may experience boredom, stress, the feeling of down and out and lethargy. It could be Monday blues or just the ordinary Sunday. Don’t worry , this does not mean that you are abnormal or you are the only one who goes through these pangs in life.  We all go through these motions in our lives, it’s called Life. We cannot remain in the same mood at all times after all we are humans. What we can do are very simple things that make us happy and take away the stress of being what we are each day. Here are some Mood Changers for better you.

Mood Changer No.1. Take a Walk :

As simple as it sounds, it is so. Whenever you need to de-clatter your brains and have a better perspective of things, take a stroll. It makes one reason better, understand the situation that we are dealing from a better point of view. And the best part about it is, you are exercising without any fuss.

Mood Changer No.2. Conversation with Self :

It’s  not only for those who own a pet. It could be plants as well. As unintelligent as it may sound, try and have a conversation with them. Try it for fun. Once you do start talking, you will realize that if you are countering any problem or a difficult task at hand, solutions will come to you rather than chasing them. To one question you will get so many answers and that for you is to choose the best. And no one cribs you don’t take the dog for a walk or water the plants. Easily Achievable.

Mood Changer No.3. Happy Music :

Whenever you are down and out, listen to some cheerful music and not to some sad, morose sounds. It will lift you spirit and make you want to do something good at that point. Could be anything that you actually enjoy doing. So Bye Bye to depressing music, and hello to happy music.

Mood Changer No.4. Breathe In Breathe Out :

Sign up for some activity class, not everyone is up to yoga classes, it could be dance classes, instrument learning, décor learning,  painting activities, cooking classes(it is not about dal-rice anymore, its food for the soul), could be anything that brings joy to you and at the same time you get to learn stuff. Awesome way to send the blues away.

Remember there is no such thing as hard in life. If we try we may succeed or may not. So it is pointless beating oneself over things that do not go right. Instead pull yourself together and just be yourself in any situation you counter, just put you best foot forward and live life as beautifully you can.
