TEXAS, USA – Inspired by the United Kingdom’s news of voting themselves out of European Union this Thursday, Texas separationists are demanding a similar vote for themselves in the Lone Star State.
In 1800, Texas was a country of its own and few separatists want to see their state and its economy return to their old golden days.
The ‘Texit’ Plans
Out-spoking their ‘Texit’ plans, the Texas Nationalist Movement (TNM) have inspired their game plan from Britain leaving the European Union, termed ‘Brexit’. The Texas Nationalist Movement have also sent out a press release calling out the Governor of Texas asking for allowance of a succession vote.
As per Daniel Miller, President of TNM, it is been long time for people of Texas continue their relationship with the Union and their extensive Federal administration plans. He also added that win of Brexit has open new doors for Texit, especially by proving that governments can have adult conversations over independence and allow people to decide what’s best for them.
Texas Nationalist Movement says that they have support of 261,231 Texans and suggest its way more than the Brexit. This news has also led to some serious news speculation and thousands of people sharing their views on Social Media.
