FIFA 2016 – Team England, Spain & Croatia are out of Euro 2016 league leaving behind the quarterfinal team. Post Final-16 matches, eight teams are left fighting for the European Championship.
An Interesting EURO 2016 Lineup
Final-16 clash was an interesting one despite few round matches between Croatia and Portugal or Wales and Northern Ireland. However, none was as exciting as the one fought between Iceland and England. Iceland claimed a historic win over England and secured their place in the quarterfinals of Euro 2016.
However with England out of the league, France is hoping for an easier outing in the quarterfinals against Iceland.
While one of the most sought after a match is going to be amongst Italy and Germany.
With Germany defeating Spain in the tournament, expectations are high for the team as they face Italy in the quarterfinals. Team Italy is at its peak and is one of the favourites for the EURO 2016 titles.
Team Portugal got lucky in the Final-16 match against Croatia. They played one of the sluggish EURO games yet managed their win over Croatia to secure their place at the quarterfinals. But, they need to strengthen their game against Poland to win the quarterfinals.
Wales and Belgium are another winning quarterfinal team. With players like Gareth Bale, Aaron Ramsey, Wales is looking for another victory against Belgium in the coming matches.
