The Fox Show- American Grit is the new show hosted by WWE Star John Cena. Honouring the military veteran mentors and fierce competitors on American Grit Premieres Thursday, April 14 at 9/8c.
John Cena is launching a campaign call- Show Your Grit and asking fans to show him how they challenge themselves, persevere and work together to achieve an objective that excites and inspires them.
According to the President, Entertainment, FOX Broadcasting Company, David Madden said that American Grit is a bold, aspirational competition series which is going to aligns with the spirit of the FOX unscripted brand. This campaign is to inspire fans to show these values and share what makes them have “American Grit.” Fans can share how they show their grit by tweeting and sharing photos or videos using hashtag Show Your Grit and challenging their friends to do the same.
According to the source from the Fox.com; the final top 16 contestants of the season are Ashley Hazlett, Brooke Van Paris, Cameron Zagami, Chris Krueger, Clare Painter, David Neville, Ivette Saucedo, Jim Vaglica, Kimberly Joy Lipson, Lisa Traugott, Marc Lobliner, Mark Bouquin, Maria Kang, Mario Robinson, Tabatha Chandler and Tony Simmons.
The show is produced by Leftfield Pictures and they ensure the content of each of the episode will include Circus, punishing, an endurance-based obstacle course for the competitors. While the person who can endure to the last episode with the bravest heart will take home a million dollars prize money which implies that he or she got the strength, grit, spirit and most importantly teamwork.
