Apple’s Electric Car May Use a Battery Design That is Never Seen Before:- The Apple is investing millions of million R&D dollars for the development of their electric cars. It is not sure whether the Apple cars will arrive on the roads or not, but the Apple is exploring a lot and is doing countless efforts in achieving success. From the past previous months, the Apple car team developers have been increased to 1,000 members.
For the development of electric car, the company has come up with various engineers and expertise involved in battery related technologies. The company has also hired a number of venerable auto industry veterans having great experience for the development and manufacturing of the cars. The Apple has recently tied up with a South Korean battery company as a part of the development process.
The South Korean battery company has about 20-25 employees and are known to be the “expert technologists in batteries”. The company said that they are trying for an innovative battery technology which allows batteries to be hollow at the center.
Apple’s Electric Car
The company creates batteries where the air flow and cooling are smooth in the center of batteries, minimizing installation of separate cooling devices. The batteries also support high output, and easy design parallel connection. The Apple is planning to develop their own batteries for electric vehicles based on this Korean company’s hollow battery technology rather than standardized circular or rectangular batteries used for current electric vehicles. The Apple is deadly waiting to arrive in the auto market.
