‘Daniel’sGotta Die‘ the last film of late actor Bob Saget will be premiered at the Austin film Festival 2022. According to PEOPLE, the film is expected to be released at the end of this year.
This movie is a part of 33 films set to debut at the event from October 27 to November 3 in Austin, Texas said in an interview by the festival authority.
The Director of ‘Daniel’s Gotta Die‘ Jeremy Lalonde said, ‘Bob’s passing came as a shock to the entire Daniel’s Gotta Die team. He was a collaborator through and through and he really loved this film’.
He also said ‘It’s with great sadness that he never got to see it finished’.
He also added, ‘I can’t wait to see how audiences react to his final performance at Austin Film Festival with his final gift to all that loved him.’
The film’s writer Matthew Dressel said that ‘Bob truly loved the script and took on a very fatherly role right from the start; eager to help out in any way he could,” he shared. “He really brought the character’s heart to the surface of the script and was intent on making sure he always got it just right. On set, he always had the script pages in hand and spoke with me often about making sure the character was as I intended.’
He also said, ‘If there’s one person who deserved to see this film it’s Bob and I will always be sad he cannot and ‘He helped us craft a beautiful and heart-warming send-off and I think people will really appreciate it.’
We will be witnessing Bob Saget as Lawrence in the film and the film will be about Daniel Powell who wants to reconnect with his family but found out that he would be killed for his inheritance.
Bob Saget’s Death
Robert Lane Saget (May 17,1956-January 9,2022) American standup comedian, actor and television host.
His album ‘That’s What I’m Talkin’ About was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album in 2014. He was a well-oriented standup comedian.
On January 9th, 2022 whole world was devastated by the sudden death of bob. He was found unresponsive in his room at Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Florida. Bob was 65 years old when he died.
His death reason was blunt head trauma from an accidental blow in his head due to falling from stairs which resulted in major injuries while he was sleeping.
When the news came his family and friend’s was shattered as saget was loved by everyone.
A tribute to bob was filmed by his friend Mike Binder and was named Dirty Daddy: The Bob Saget Tribute which was released on Netflix.
