Border Security force killed 15 Pakistani Rangers in retaliatory firing with Pakistan said BSF on Friday. The BSF said Pakistani forces are provoking Militants for crossing India’s border and it was successful in preventing two infiltration bids in past days.
At the same time, Jammu district collector said that in a firing by Pakistan, a civilian has been killed in Khor belt. There was a heavy firing between two countries along the LoC resulting in Casualties on both sides. Earlier, today, Pakistan continued violating the ceasefire with heavy mortar and firing on Indian Post and civilian areas situated nearby LoC and International Border in district Jammu, Kathua, and Rajouri.
On Thursday, BSF killed a Pakistani ranger and another injured in retaliatory firing with Pakistan as Pakistani troops heavily shelled five sectors alongside LOC and IB in J&K in which one BSF jawan died and 13 other civilians were injured.
Since the surgical strikes by an army on terror launch pads in PoK on September 28, five Indians including four security personnel have been killed and 34 injured in ceasefire violation by Pakistan. Border Security forces killed Pak rangers and a terrorist opposite to Harinagar sector in Kathua on October 21 in which one BSF jawan was injured.
