27 May 2016:In a shocking incident, a 16 year old boy was brutally tortured, assaulted and beaten up with his hands and legs tied up in an office by a group six drunken persons claiming of theft at Southwest Inderpuri area in Delhi.
According to the source, the boy was filmed by one of the attackers from a phone and the video tape has been shared. The 16 year old boy was allegedly tortured and being thrashed with the beer bottles by the accused persons who accused him for the theft. It is also learnt that the boy was even made stripped by the attackers in the colony which took place on Monday.
In the video footage, it can be seen that the boy was heard shouting and begging to release him. But the attackers accused him of stealing and continue torturing the boy with the beer bottles.
The group of attackers were arrested on Thursday, one of them is still absconding, who is said to be the main culprit. It is learnt that the mobile video footage has been recorded on the assault and circulated, said the police. The incident happened on Monday but the assault was reported only after two days of the occurrence.
The police have filed a case against the attackers for the wrong ill treatment and torturing the teenage boy. It is learnt that the attackers are also from the same colony.
As per the report, the boy’s parents stated that the boy have not returned home since the attacks done on him and even attempted to commit suicide due to the terrific incident.
They boy told the reporters, that he was tied up, beaten, tortured, forced to stripped in the colony and accused him of theft. The attackers shut him in the office for two days and did not inform his parents about the boy’s whereabouts.
However, the medical tests have been carried out, where the reports did not suggest any sexual assault, said the senior police officer. It is also mention that the video clip is yet to be verified, said the police.
