The news just arrived and it seems to be a green signal for the rural population of India. Officially Facebook has tested their wifi signals in the rural area of the nation.

Facebook is going to tie-up with the local internet service provider in terms to provide better and safe wifi facility to the people.
Along with India Facebook is also planning to expand their testings to the other rural area of the world. Though it still has two confirmed the name of vendors and place of testing by the Facebook, but as per the officials, it will be disclosed soon. The news was confirmed on their official page.
The propaganda is to facilitate the better internet services to every person existing in this world. So that they can be aware of their surroundings through news and also can apply to the local or international jobs.
As stated by the officials of Facebook. They said if Facebook can be a good platform for their growth, then it would be the pleasure. As per the sources the access to these areas will be limited, that means they can access to the limited sites on the internet only as of now.
But soon or later the limit will be extended. Facebook is dedicated and determined to provide the free wifi services to the poor in India and with the help of TRAI keeps an eye on those vendors who will charge them. If anybody will get caught, then they have to bear the penalty.
