RGV has decided to make a film on a prominent figure in Tamil Nadu politics, Jayalalitha’s closest friend, Sasikala. Jayalalitha was the former chief minister of Tamilnadu. She died of cardiac arrest earlier in December, this year.
A few days ago he tweeted,“Just registered my new film title “Shashikala” it’s the story of a very dearest closest friend of a politician and completely fictional”.

Film on Sasikala: RGV registered film on Jayalalitha’s closest friend!
He said “Sasikala” is going to be a very sincere from the heart Tamilian love story and absolutely nothing to with fictional non-politics. Fictional non-politics of Sasikala have a fundamental contradiction with highly truthful but assumed non-truths of Jayalalitha,”.

“I immensely respect Jayalalitha but I honestly respect Sasikala Ji a little bit more. Jayalalitha Ji respected Sasikala Ji much more than she respected anybody else proves why I should call my film “Sasikala”. Jayalalitha seen through the eyes of Sasikala is much more poetic and honest thought than seeing Jayalalitha only through Jayalalitha,” he wrote.
