Following the currency crunch in the country due to government’s move of demonetization claiming a war against black money hoarders, the government has decided to pay advance salaries to Group-c employees from this November. The other major reason is that queues of people at Banks and ATMs, which have been making trouble for the bank employees. The government will have to pay salaries to its employees with new notes. Mentioning under the salary of November month, the government is providing Rs 10,000 to employees of Group.

A senior official of Home Ministry dept said, “Nearly 1000 Group-C employees are working Home Ministry department, and those are all getting Rs 10,000 advance salary and all the employees who are working central government department across the country will have get Rs 10000 advance salary in the form of new notes.

After central government passed instructions, most states decided to pay salary in cash to Group-C employee

 After the instruction passed by the central government regarding the payment of advance wages to the employees, Tripura government has responded quickly, and it has decided to pay an advance salary of rupees 10000 in cash to all its employees ‘Group C’ staff on November 24. With this decision of the government, now most states’ employees are demanding to give advance salaries. The notification issued by the state said the government is ready to give the advance salary of Rs 10000 to the non-Gazetted employees both whose gross salary exceeds Rs 20000 and less than it in a month. Employees who wish to get salary in cash can choose the option before November 22.
