John Abrahan is not letting anything left undone for the success of his upcomg movie ‘Force 2’ in which he is playing a Cop along with Sonakshi Sinha. And according to latest news reports, John Abraham has lent his voice to a song from Force 2 titled “Rang Laal” featuring Sonakshi Sinha.
However, Sonakshi is no new to the singings as she also earlier lends her voice for a song in ‘Akira’ and also has earlier sung for her single Ishqoholic. But it’s the also not the first time that John has tried to croon for a song.
The actor has also earlier lend his voice for a song in ‘Rocky Handsome’. Though in Force 2, he voiced the dialogues in the patriotic track sung by Dev Negi. While the song was recorded two weeks ago, it was shot a few days later.
While the song was being shot, John and director Abhinay Deo spent a lot of time on the song to discern the right tune and emotions. The team rehearsed for a few hours before giving the final shot.
When asked about the track, producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah said, “The song reflects the general state of mind in the country -when we’re attacked, we will strike back. It has been sung by a young singer named Dev Negi and features dialogues by John. Adding to that, it has been conceptualised by Abhinay and will be a part of the film’s narrative.”
“After we finished shooting the film, we wanted to do something more to convey its spirit in a unique way. We shot the song on a set in Mumbai and Abhinay made beautiful use of colours in the visuals.”
While John was seen lifting a bike in Force, he will be seen lifting a Mercedes-Benz weighing over 1,580 kg for the sequel. The movie is all set for the release on November 18.
