26 May 2016:The trailer for the upcoming movie ‘Junooniyat’ featuring Yami Gautam and Pulkit Samrat, directed by Vivek Agnihotri has been launched, however Yami has to say something about the differences between ‘Sanam Re’ and ‘Junooniyat’. She added that, ‘Junooniyat’ is entirely different from that of ‘Sanam Re’, and not the Sequel that comes with another new love story again.
The trailer for the movie shows that the two young cadets are busy fighting in the military academy which is completely different form of another new young love story that will be seen in the upcoming Movie ‘Junooniyat’, which is to be release on June.
As Yami admitted during the trailer launch for the movie, “It’s a different story altogether, we have a different director altogether. It’s a different character. Only the lead cast is the same, otherwise it’s entirely different,” as per the report.
The actress clarifies that it is not ‘Sanam Re 2’ at all but it is ‘Junooniyat’ for some people might have thought that coming of Yami and Pulkit together again may be ‘Sanam Re 2’ but it is completely different than ‘Sanam Re’ that was released during Valentine’s Day this year.
‘Sanam Re’ was a triangle love story with a theme “childhood love”.
The music for the movie, Mujhko Barsaat Bana Lo by Armaan Malik and Nachange Saari Raat’ has been released, as Yami said that, “amazing music for every occasion, every genre which I am sure you all will love”.
The movie is shot in the parts of Punjab and Pulkit’s character as an Army officer which is an important part of the scenario.
‘Junooniyat’ which means ‘passion for something’. Yami said, the passion for love not necessarily from the romantic viewpoint but for family, work as these two qualities is important in all aspects of life that the actress strongly believes in.
