Kangana Hrithik Legal Spat: The impending Kangana Ranaut- Hrithik Roshan case has finally come to an end. Kangana Ranaut has been announced the winner in the legal war.
Hrithik Roshan had filed a case at the Cyber Crime Department citing an imposter being involved in the case. However, due to lack of enough evidence, the case has been closed rendering Kangana the winner.

Her lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui said, “We have always maintained that there is no imposter and it’s very silly on the part of Hrithik to suggest that this is the work of an imposter. Hrithik and Kangana have done three films together. They were very close and photographs have suggested that. How can Kangana start communicating with an imposter? When I had cornered Hrithik with my questions, he had no answers. Hrithik had lied to the media and police that there is an imposter who is sending emails on his behalf and that a fan had told him that…. And he also started circulating private forensic reports through his team. When a police investigation is already going on, can you send a private detective and find out? Hrithik did all of that to merely save his name. Eventually what happened is with the police report coming out as NIL, it has been proved that whatever Hrithik was saying was a total lie. His lies have been nailed. NIL report means nothing matches with what Hrithik was saying.”
Kangana Ranaut had called Hrithik Roshan to be her “silly ex” in a chat show. She and Hrithik had first met at Karan Johar’s birthday bash in 2014 when Kangana thanked him for appreciating her work in movie Queen in the e-mail that he had sent to her.
While Hrithik denied sending any such mail and gave her his real e-mail ID. The notice of the case filed by Hrithik’s lawyer stated, “To this, our client told you that he has not seen the movie yet. Our client further clarified to you that the email ID from which you received the mail was not his and he gave you his real email ID…On coming to know of Hrithik’s real email ID, you (Kangana) sent a barrage of emails to him. Our client tried to ignore all the emails (total 1439) to him even though it amounted to mental harassment and stress. Besides sending emails to our client you have also been telling people in the film industry about your affair with him and then called our client a silly ex.“
