Stephanie del Valle (19 years) of Puerto Rico has been crowned as Miss World 2016, the other runner-ups were from the Dominican Republic and Indonesia. Stephanie del Valle was crowned by the Miss World 2015 Mireia Lalaguna of Spain. She is the second Miss World from Puerto Rico.

From amongst hundreds of beauties who came from across the globe, Stephanie, who is vying to be an actress has been given the title of Miss World 2016.
The second runner-up is Yaritza Miguelina Reyes Ramirez of the Dominican Republic, while the third runner-up is Natasha Mannuela of Indonesia.
