The liqour baron has been a habitual miscreant and has often not abided the orders of the court. Earlier Mallya was criticised by the Patiala House Court for not disclosing his total assests in October this year.

The actor is curently staying in London and he was supposed to appear in the court on November 4 which he didn’t.

Earlier, Mallya’s lawyer had argued in court that since he has not been involved in the day to day matters of Kingfisher, he cannot be held liable for the cases filed against him. However, the court refused to cancel summons against him.
