Prime Minister Nareendra Modi laid the foundation stone of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Bhatinda, Punjab. Prime Minister spoke about issues such as Indus water Treaty with Pakistan, Demonetization and other issues in the Poll bound State.
The new AIIMS would cover an area of 177 acres on the Bhatinda-Dabwali Road. The infrastructure would consist of 750 beds costing the Centre Exchequer Rs 925 Crore.

- A task-force has been formed to see what can be done to make maximum use of water that flows to Pakistan (Indus Water Treaty) which is India’s right.
- Your mobile phones can be turned into your bank and wallet. Technology can help you to use it for purchasing things and making payments.
- The Indus Water which belongs to India cannot be allowed to go to Pakistan, I promise, will try to bring the water for Punjab, Jammu-Kashmir and for the farmers in entire India. Farmers have the right over the water that flows through Indus. The fields of our farmers must have adequate water.
- I convey my thanks to people as they stood with me even when they had to face hardships and also doing everything possible to ensure that the middle class people isn’t getting exploited and the poor people, to get their due.
- Black money and corruption has looted the middle class and deprived poor of their rights. I want to give poor their rights.

I want to speak to the people of Pakistan once again, their rulers and want to know if they want to fight against India and if they affirm then lets fight against corruption, against black money, poverty instead with each other.

PM Narendra Modi has requested the nation to bear the difficulties being faced by the common people over Demonetization. A nation requires to stand together for the better good of the country.
