Since Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced this decision of banning the currency denominations of Rs 1000 and Rs 500 notes, the scenarios have gone haywire nationwide. Common people of the country are getting insecure and are lining up outside banks and ATMs for exchanging the currency notes. However, this is led to
The things are not at going too smoothly, but this has led to an uncontrollable crowd in the banks and making things all the more difficult. Even the various political parties including major opposition party Congress had opposed the decision and even filed a petition to stay the ban on the decision in SC and to which the Supreme Court had denied.
Not just political parties, but also the common people are complaining that it is just the common people who are standing in the queue for getting their currency exchanged, and political leaders and their families are facing no such difficulties. But Heeraben Modi, mother of Pm Narendra Modi proved them wrong.
Modi’s 96-year-old mother Heeraben was seen in the bank queue too to get her currency exchanged. She went to a bank branch in Gandhinagar today for exchanging old notes. In spite of being the mother of Narendra Modi, she was in the queue just like a common man and denied any special treatment.
She came on the wheelchair and waited in the queue just like others. Then later, she got inside with the help of some ladies who accompanied her.

It is good to see that just like all common people, even PM’s mother is ready to face the struggle, despite being so old. And young people are complaining about the same procedure. Such incidents also motivate others to also participate in the decisions that are also good for the country without complaining.
