After coming several news about burning Samsung’s mobiles, another incident came to light, however, this time much-hyped Jio smartphones of Reliance have joined the same row. Recently, the news came out of Lyf phone’s burning and exploding but nobody injured. The news got out when Eye-witness Tariq Sadiq uploaded some photos of a burned Lyf phone on the micro-blogging website

He posted the photos along with a caption saying, “My family had a narrow escape today after @reliancejio ‘s @Reliance_LYF phone exploded & burst into flames.”
While seeing the images below it comes to my mind that how shocking it could have been if this cellphone had exploded on the user’s hand. He further tweeted on twitter “All those people who have bought @Reliance Lyf Phone need to be very careful @ Reliance jio,”
Company starts investigation to find out the cause of explosion
After his tweet, the company’s official who handles Twitter respond to him. When contacted, a LYF spokesman said, “We are concerned about the incident reported on social media and are taking this matter seriously.
We are looking into the cause of the explosion and will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. Customer safety is vital to us and, based on our findings, we will take appropriate action.”
“LYF range of phone are specially designed and manufactured with global standards by some of the world’s leading manufacturers of mobile phones. Each phone goes through a severe quality control process,” the spokesperson said.
