If media reports are to be believed then Samsung – the South Korean Tech giant and a major smartphone brand in India – could launch its new Phablet Smartphone in India really soon. It is said that Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro may be launched in India on January 18. The C9 Pro is a mid-range Samsung phone that was first launched in China in October 2016.
The smartphone was launched in China with a price tag of 3,199 CNY i.e. roughly Rs 31,700. However, the phone is expected to cost a little higher in India than the company’s Galaxy A9 Pro that retails for Rs 32,490. The Galaxy C9 Pro is pretty high-end in terms of hardware specs.

Display: The phone comes with a 6-inch 1080p AMOLDED display.
Processor and Software: Under the hood, it comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor clubbed with 6GB of RAM. On the software front, the dual-SIM phone runs Android Marshmallow-based TouchWiz UI.
Storage: The phone also comes with 64GB of internal memory which is further expandable via a microSD card slot.
Camera: The C9 Pro sports a 16-megapixel camera on the rear as well as on the front.
Battery: The phone is backed by a 4,000mAh battery which supports fast charging.
The all-metal C9 Pro comes with a front-mounted fingerprint scanner and USB Type-C for charging and data syncing. On the Connectivity front, the phone support 4G/LTE band and is packed with other many premium connectivity features. Further, we could reveal at the time when the smartphone will be officially launched in India.
The C9 Pro seems like a gradual extension of the 19 Pro, which was an upgraded version of the Galaxy A9, boasting of a glass and metal design, a big Super AMOLED screen, a 16-megapixel camera with Optical Image Stabilisation and a massive 5,000mAh battery inside.
