Karan Johar had earlier launched Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in his super-hit Student of the Year. And now he is remaking Nagraj Manjule’s Sairat for which he is considering Jhanvi Kapoor in the lead role.

Sairat was a Marathi love story film, that is supposed to be remade under the Dharma Productions’ banner soon.
Jhanvi Kapoor is the eldest daughter of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor. The 19-year-old celeb kid has been the talk of the town ever since the news of her joining the film industry surfaced.
It is also being said that Karan Johar might also remake the Hollywood mega-hit love story, The Fault in Our Stars. He is considering Sara Ali Khan’s daughter for the lead role in the movie. Sara Ali Khan is the daughter of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh.
