More recently, beverage chain, Starbucks has announced its plans to hire 10000 refugees worldwide after the travel ban was imposed by Donald Trump as immigrants from many countries are now banned in the US.

“I write to you today with deep concern, a heavy heart and a resolute promise”, Starbucks chairman and chief executive Howard Schultz said in a letter addressed to his employees posted on the website.
“We are living in an unprecedented time, one in which we are witness to the conscience of our country, and the promise of the American Dream, being called into question”, the letter added.
Schultz said that first, the ones who have served the US troops as interpreters and support personnel will be the initial focus for employment. “And we will start this effort here in the US by making the initial focus of our hiring efforts on those individuals who have served with US troops as interpreters and support personnel in the various countries where our military has asked for such support.”

As per Donald Trump’s orders, the citizens are banned in the states from Somalia, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Syria and Sudan for 90 days and 120 days entry ban for the Syrian refugees.
