Ajay Devgan’s is now feeling relaxed and has more than one reason to celebrate this Diwali after passing his upcoming movie “Shivaay” to the Censor board with one cut. Board has passed his film with “U” certificate while trimming little his lip-lock and love making scenes with his co-actress Erika Kaar.
According to Ajay Devgan, while tweeting on twitter, he denied to cut any scene from his movie by Censor board and also claimed that the board has cleared his movie with “U/A” certificate.
CBFC has cut one scene from Shivaay, whereas from “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” 5 scenes have been cut including a kiss and some intimating scenes between Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan by the board.
According to media reports, the film Shivaay is specifically made for the family. Ajay is expected to get the certificate today. On an aside, the running time of Shivaay is 175 minutes (2hours 55minutes) whereas that of “ADHM” is 158minutes (2 hours 38 minutes). Although the clash between Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” and Shivaay remains same. The matter regarding clash is not resolved till now. It is important to see that which movie will leave a great impact on the Audience.
On the other hand, after getting the certificate, Karan Johar released a statement saying see you in theaters on October 28. But, with a body of single-screen theater owners requesting its members not to screen the film due to the presence of Fawad, its release is in confusion.
