M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru 12 April: For the fourth IPL season 9 match, Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Sunrisers Hyderabad is on the field. RCB won the toss and elected to bat first. Soon the match started with Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli on the crease.
Royal Challengers Bangalore won by 45 runs and the man of the match is awarded to Abe de viller who have scored 82 runs at just 42 balls.
In the first innings, Rajasthan Royals were on the crease and enters Gayle and Kohli and ball by Ashish Nehra from team Sunrisers Hyderabad. The first over for Gayle was not so good and was bowled out by Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Then come Abe de viller and now the runs rate increases as the over passed with more runs into the scoreboard. On 11th over, de Viller have made his half-century with a four then comes virat with a shot to get his half-century too. Then the run rate increases to 150 runs until Virat is bowled again by Bhuvneshwaron the 15th over. Now enters Watson and after few moment, de viller is caught out ball by Mustafizur. While Watson too cannot hold much and out facing Mustafizur. Later K Jadhav & Sarfaraz Khan hold the last few overs and have made the highest chasing target in the IPL history with 227 runs.
In the second half, Sunrisers Hyderabad will chase the target. Warner and Dhawan on strike and balled by Milne. The first two over was so good with many boundaries and runs until in the third over Shikhar Dhawan is bowled out then enters Moises Henriques. On 8th over warner was caught out ball by Watson then Ojha enters while he could hold only a few balls and out at 9th over. Henriques also caught out at just 19 runs then Deepak Hooda too moves to pavilion very soon. Ashish Reddy is out on Watson’s ball then enters Karn Sharma Harsheel patel on the ball. Then both Eoin Morgan & Karn Sharma took under control. Now last over will be ball by Watson and the Hyderabad ends with only 182 runs.
Finally, the match is won by the Royal Challengers Bangalore with the huge target of 227 runs.
