Three were arrested by the Delhi Police for attempting an attack on Delhi’s Ex-CM Sheila Dixit’s Daughter Latika Dikshit, The accused were allegedly planning an attack on Latika in two groups at her residence at Upasna Apartments on Hailey road. The FIR was filed by Shashikant Sharma, a member of Delhi Youth Congress and grandson of former Saket MLA, Tek Chand Sharma at Barakhamba Road police station.
Delhi’s Ex-CM Sheila Dixit’s Daughter Latika has filed a domestic violence case against her husband
The complained claimed that Latika’s husband, Syed Mohammad Imran was the man behind the attack and he sent assailants to attack her. She has filed a case against him for domestic violence.
The incident took place on the night of November 17 at around 11.30pm when Shashikant along with his friend and Congress worker Manish Chaudhary, left Latika’s residence. They got suspicious of the seven people standing outside the main gate and informed the police after taking their car back.
Police managed to nab three among seven
Among seven, four were managed to flee the spot, whereas the rest three were detained by the police. Police have recovered a car and two bikes from the spot. In addition, Latika informed the complainant that she heard two-three unnamed persons asking about her address. “We rushed to her flat with police constables. But they had escaped,” he added. Both Shashikant and Latika demanded police protection and legal against the accused. Delhi police had arrested Latika’s husband Imran on November 14 after she filed a case of domestic violence against him.
