ADHM Mohammad Rafi Controversy: Well, it seems like there’s no respite for Karan Johar from the controversies this time around. ADHM is likely to become the pivot of 2016 controversies as it lands into yet another altercation.
Mohammad Rafi’s son, Shahid Rafi is enraged over the insensitive dialogue in the movie. He has demanded a public apology from the director, Karan Johar and has further asked him to delete the related scene in the movie.

The recently released Ae Dil Hai Mushkil includes a scene where Ayan(Ranbir Kapoor) tells Alizeh(Anushka Sharma) that many people have told him that he sounds like Rafi to which Alizeh says,”Mohammad Rafi? Woh gaatey kamm, rote zyada the na?”
Karan Johar is a great filmmaker, I don’t know how he used this line. He should have thought about it as he is the director. I did not expect this from Karan. I am ashamed of him, he is supposed to be a good director.

He further said that he saw the scene but not the entire movie. So, once he watches the movie he will decide on what should be done. However, he was adamant on receiving an apology from Karan Johar and deletion of the sequence.
Not only this, many of the Rafi fans have also decided to boycott the film, a DSP in Goa too has urged the masses to not watch the film owing to the iclusion of the insensitive remark over the legendary singer, Mohammad Rafi.
