BMC Notice to Kapil Sharma has given this controversy a new twist
But now this controversy is looking hitting him back as one of the BJP MLA had filed a complaint against him whereas BJL’s ally ShivSena stand by the Comedian. Another twist in the controversy came when there was a notice by BMC came out. This warning notice was sent to Kapil Sharma in July warning him of the illegal construction of the office and asked him to stop the construction work. Kapil Sharma was asked to produce proof within 24 hours that he had permission for the construction. The civic body warned that the illegal structure would be removed if he didn’t respond.
Did Kapil insist BMC official to clear his office site issue?
This notice from BMC had brought a new twist in the theory of the case that suggests that if this property construction was counted among illegals the definitely he might had approached the BMC and asked to allow the construction and maybe he might also have insisted BMC official to clear the file and then the BMC official had asked for the bribe. However, these are just a part of case theories.
However, Manohar Pawar, the chief of the BMC’s vigilance department, who has written to Mr Sharma saying that “We have taken serious note of Kapil Sharma’s allegation. We will take action against the person when Kapil Sharma gives his name.” The civic body said it could only act after a “formal complaint” from Kapil Sharma. Also, it had refused to comment on the “Stop Work” Notice issued by BMC.
Let us wait and watch what new twists and turns will come in this controversy.
