Earlier today, Kings XI Punjab won the toss and elected bat first.
In the first innings, enters Vijay and Vohra on the crease. They have a great start at the beginning until 3rd over, Vohra was out on Morkel ball then enters S Marsh. Vijay too couldn’t hold for longer and was out on 7th over. Then there was a fall of wickets first W Saha and then Miller and even Maxwell is out on Narine ball. And then also wickets fall Axar Patel, Mohit Sharma out more. And finally Kyle Abbott enter in the last over and the score for the team was only 138 runs for 8 wickets.
In the secondth, KKR is one strike and enters G Gambhir and Robin Uthappa. Both the batsmen handle the Punjab bowlers very well and Uthappa very soon has scored his 50 runs from just 24 balls. Until then Uthappa is lbw out on Sahu ball while Gambhir also is out right after him. Pandya and Shakib are on strike and then led the team to reach 100 runs. And very soon both the batsmen were out by the end of 14th over. Now Yusuf Pathan and Yadav is on strike and Pathan is in an action with fours and 3 singles and finally with Yadav’s four, KKR won the match by 6 wickets scoring 141 runs for 4 wickets.
