The company has launched the Lenovo P2 smartphone in an amazon exclusive deal and will be sold there with the sale starting from January 11th midnight. At least initially, it is made available only on Flipkart and the phone comes in two colours – grey and gold.

Lenovo P2 Smartphone Specifications

Design and Looks: The Lenovo P2 carries an attractive design with metal body and chamfered edges.

Processor and Software: Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 processor that has 8-cores and a speed of up to 2GHz. The Lenovo P2 is launched in two RAM variant one with 3GB of RAM and the other one with the 4GB RAM inside the phone. Other Special Features of Lenovo P2 Smartphone:

  • Along with the large battery, the phone also comes with better-charging features. Lenovo supplies the P2 with a 24W charger, which is as fast as the Dash Charger that OnePlus bundles with the OnePlus 3 phones.
  • There is a fingerprint scanner on the front of the device and a unique button on the left through which a user can toggle the battery saving mode.
  • There are a number of pre-installed apps on the phone, but most can be deleted.
  • Among the software features, ability to secure apps with a fingerprint and option to run two copies of the same app – imagine running two copies of the Facebook app using two different accounts – are the ones that users may find very useful.

Lenovo P2 Price and Its Competition in the market:

The Lenovo P2 has a starting price of Rs 16,999. The phone has been launched in two variants. One has 3GB RAM and the other has 4GB RAM. The variant with the 4GB will cost Rs 17,999. And at this price point in the market, the Lenovo P2 will primarily compete with the Moto G4 Plus and the Moto M.
