Lyf Wind 7i Budget Smartphone Launched; Priced at Rs.5,499

Lyf has been very active recently. They have been launching many phones which have been priced significantly low. This has helped them to sell in huge quantities and quickly climb the success ladder. Now, they have launched another smartphone which has been dubbed as Lyf Wind 7i with a price tag of Rs.5,499.

This is yet another budget smartphone near the Rs.5,000 mark which has been launched in the country. Let us have a closer look at its specifications, shall we?

Specifications of Lyf Wind 7i

• Display

The Lyf Wind 7i comes with a 5-inch IPS HD display with a pixel density of 294ppi. There is also AGC glass on top for protection purposes.

• Processor

It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor clocked up to 1.3GHz. This processor has been paired with Qualcomm Adreno 304 graphic processing chip.

• Camera

On the camera front, the device bears an 8MP primary camera with Autofocus and LED. There is also a secondary camera which has a 5MP lens for taking selfies and video calling.

• Storage

The Lyf Wind 7i comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable internal storage. You can expand the memory up to 128GB with the help of a micro SD card.

• OS

It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

• Features

There are a number of sensors on board which includes Accelerometer, Ambient Light sensor and Proximity sensor.

• Connectivity

The smartphone offers all the basic connectivity options which include Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS and USB for wired data transfer.

The smartphone draws its power from a 2250mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery.

The Lyf Wind 7i is the cheaper version of the Wind 7 launched a little while back. It measures 143.50 x 72.00 x 8.70 and weighs 156 grams. It is a dual SIM phone and like all other Lyf phones fully supports 4G VoLTE network.

One more thing that I would like to add on here is that the phone offers 2 years of warranty. All other companies are only offering a 1-year warranty. An additional year of warranty cover makes it a safe buy.
