Nazanin Mandi filed for divorce from her husband singer Miguel almost after three years of marriage.
In the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County, Mandi filed for divorce from her husband Miguel on Tuesday.
According to their prenuptial agreement mandi asked that properties and assets should be divided equally.
Before filing for divorce mandi shared pictures on Instagram reflecting the “current journey of introspection”.
She added,’ On a current journey of introspection and discovering my purest me again … when and who was I when I was my most free and confident self …,” she wrote. “She’s still in there. And rising to the occasion but this time with life experience, defined wants, and an elevated mindset, one healing step at a time. If this is you, we got this💪🏽.’
In an interview with PEOPLE Nazanin and Miguel’s representative stated that ‘after 17 years together, Miguel and Nazanin Mandi have decided to separate and have been for some time now.’
He also added, ‘The couple both wish each other well.’
In November 2018, the couple, who dated for ten years before being engaged in 2016, married at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley, California.
In February, they made their decision to fix the dispute publicly.

Mandi has also walked and performed for Savage X Fenty alongside her husband.

On September 27, 2021, Miguel and Mandi announced their separation.
In February 2022 the couple called off their separation.
