Mr India 2016 Winner : Bangalore lad, Vishnu Raj Menon won the male beauty pageant title of Mr. India 2016. The results of the event were announced by none other than Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan on Thursday night in Mumbai.
After The Title of Mr. India , Next Road to Mr. World
Altamash Faraz was the second runner-up, while Viren Barman was named as first runner-up. Vishnu Raj Menon will now be featuring in Mr. World 2017 succeeding, Rohit Khandelwal who is currently Mr. World 2016. From here, Menon will compete in the Mr. World 2017, which is organised by Miss World Organization.
Celebrity grooming for contestants
Out of 10000 entries, 16 contestants from all over the country had to go through grooming sessions. Mentors like Prasad Bidapa (Fashion Director), Amit Khanna (Ace Photographer) and Abbas Ali (Celebrity fitness trainer) organised grooming sessions for the said contestants which were won by Vishnu Raj Menon.
World’s 3rd Handsome man stole the show
Wardrobe organiser for all the participants was styled by Peter England and celebrity fashion designer Nivedita Saboo. After crowning the Mr. India title to Vishnu Raj Menon, actor Hrithik Roshan spoke to Times of India, “I am very inspired. This competition is not just about looks. This shows lots of characters. These people, while doing their jobs, took out time and disciplined themselves to reach this far. I think that is commendable. I think, if they can achieve this, they can achieve whatever they want in life.”
From here, Vishnu Raj Menon will be competing for the international title which will be held in 2017
