Jason E. Kozan, an Ohio man, has been arrested on March 15, 2016, for egging an elderly man’s house for more than 100 times. The accused has been charged with felony vandalism by the Euclid Police Department.
The entire Euclid Police Department were trying hard to find the culprit who has made it a habit of egging a particular house for more than a year, May 2014 to June 2015.
Albert Clemens Sr. the victim of these attacks told that the egging has troubled him a much, and it has damaged his home very badly. The old man also added that continuous egging has made his family sitting on the edge of the seats for nearly 14 months.
According to Clemens, the accuracy showed by Jason E Kozan was phenomenal, as he succeeded in hitting the eggs in the front door when the weather is nice.
Clemens told that egging used to happen more than once in a day, and the after-dark events usually last for more than ten minutes.
Police officials have adopted various scientific methods in finding the culprit, and it includes, chemical analysis of egg shells at a crime lab.
They had even tried getting fingerprints, but as the egg cracks, a protein used to dissolve all possible prints. As of now, the motive of the egging still remains unknown.
Albert Clemens Sr. bought this house 60 years back, and he is now living here with his 49-year-old daughter and 51-year-old son.
Jason E Kozan appeared in front of a judge on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 and a bond was set at $2,000.
The case will be soon forwarded to Cuyahoga County Grand Jury. The accused had no attorney on record, with Elucid court.
