Panasonic is one of the many brands which is known for its affordable yet quality smartphones. Last year, they rolled out the Eluga Mark. Now, after a year, they have rolled out its successor which has been dubbed as Panasonic Eluga Mark 2. It is available exclusively on Flipkart and comes with a price tag of Rs.10,499.
Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 has been launched after a year its predecessor, Eluga Mark, was launched. Let us proceed towards the specifications of this new budget smartphone.

Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 comes with a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with a pixel density of 267ppi. A 2.5D curved Asahi Dragontrail Glass sits on top for protection. The device also comes with On-cell Touch Technology.
- Processor
It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 64-bit processor clocked up to 1.3GHz which will enough for a smooth multi-tasking experience.
- Camera
On the camera front, the Panasonic Eluga Mark 2 offers a 13MP lens on the rear which offers f/2.2, 5P lens element and a LED flash. Up front, the smartphone comes with a 5MP shooter with f/2.4, 4P lens element and an 88-degree wide angle lens.

The device comes with 3GB of RAM coupled with 32GB of expandable memory. It can be expanded up to 128GB with the help of a micro SD card inserted into the SIM 2 hybrid slot.

It runs on the previous version of Android i.e. Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

The phone comes with a number of sensors which includes Fingerprint, Proximity, Accelerometer, Compass and Ambient Light sensor.

All the communication fronts are covered as the device comes loaded with all the connectivity features. These include Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, Infrared, GPS and USB On-the-Go (OTG) cable.

The latest smartphone measures 151 x 76 x 7.7 (height x width x thickness). This slim trim body is made up of aircraft grade aluminium. The company claims that this alloy has around three times higher heat dissipation capacity.

It is a dual SIM phone with support for 4G VoLTE services. This makes it compatible with Jio SIM cards. It also has a fingerprint scanner at the back which can also be used as a button to click selfies. All other specifications at this price point make it a good budget smartphone.
