PM Modi congratulates ISRO: On the successful launch of 104satellites at one go by ISRO, Prime Minister applauded it saying it was a proud moment for the nation.

“This remarkable feat by ISRO is yet another proud moment for our space scientific community and the nation. India salutes our scientists,” the Prime Minister said.
“Spoke to the Secretary of Department of Space and congratulated him and the entire team of scientists on (Wednesday’s) exceptional achievement,” Modi said.

With the success, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) wrote his name from golden words on the pages of history by setting a world record after the PSLV-C37 a mind-boggling 104 satellites into orbit in one go, including the country’s earth observation satellite Cartosat-2series.
The co-passenger satellites include 101 nanosatellites, on each from Israel, Kazakhstan, The Netherlands, Switzerland, the UAE and 96 from the US, as well as two nano satellites from India.
The time began for the launch of PSLV-C37/Cartosat 2Series satellite mission at 5.28 AM soon after the Mission Readiness Review committee and Launch Authorisation Board gave its approval for lift off and the launch took place at 9:30 am, ISRO said.
