Chennai Police has arrested a high-tech prostitution racket who used social media for sharing photos of girls with clients to make deals and online transfers of money. The police report stated that they have rescued a woman from a hotel here and are searching for the key player.

A woman was rescued by the special team of Anit-Vice squad, who was later produced in a court and logged in a government home, reported the police. Searching of Mohan Singh is on who allegedly forced a woman, resident of Tami Nadu into prostitution, said an official. According to the press release of Police, the man used to solicit customers through online media including Whatsapp. Singh who is missing had been receiving payments from his clients through online fund transfers
