December is ending and 2017 have already announced to be blasting. Still, 19 days are left in the 2016s end. So this means that it’s not an end of movies on box office. Friday is approaching and new big budget movies will hit the big screens. Rouge One: A Star wars Story and Collateral Beauty both are clashing with each other. While we are predicting movies this week, it’s holidays and Christmas time. That means theaters will be run over by fans. It shall be colossal everywhere as it’s gonna be a rotten week.
Rogue One: A Star Wars story
Star wars installment is one of the oldest franchises in Hollywood. Creators finalized winter date only to avoid any big clash. Though Rogue one is one of the most anticipated movies of the year, still producers played the game safe. As we are predicting movies this week, critics are already fond of this movie. The level of the movie, enormous and it includes the beat to enthrall the audience. The Jedis have been our heroes since the franchise inception. Besides this, prequels did an exceptional job and hopefully Rogue one follows on those paths.
Directed by Gareth Edwards, who has worked previously on Godzilla have done an astonishing job. However, predicting movies this week, Rogue one: A star wars story is set after the formation of the Galactic Empire, the Rebel Alliance recruits Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) to work with a team including Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) to steal the design schematics of the Empire’s new superweapon, the Death Star. I am already excited about this movie, what about you?
Collateral Beauty
Will Smith is back once again not in form of Deadshot but this time he is writing letters. Predicting movies this week includes Collateral beauty which has exciting huge cast. But I want this year end to be on an exciting note. Rather than tears rolling down my eyes in this party season. The movie describes the plot when a successful New York advertising executive suffers from a great tragedy, he retreats from life. While his concerned friends try desperately to reconnect with him, he seeks answers from the universe by writing letters to Love, Time, and Death. But it’s not until his notes bring unexpected personal responses that he begins to understand how these constants interlock in a life fully lived, and how even the deepest loss can reveal moments of meaning and beauty.
David Frankel who previously gave hits like The Devil wears Prada has directed the movie. Though, predicting movies this week include Collateral Beauty, it doesn’t show any threats to Rogue one. However, it may have some happy elements which can make Christmas cheerful.
Remember, these are just predictions and not reviews. Anyway, we have still some movies lined up for December. They are Passengers, Assassin’s Creed, Why Him and Sing.
