Attorney General Sam Olens soon publicised the ruling in a statement that narrating that Supreme Court’s decision showcase that not even President can avoid the Constitution. Every American will follow our laws, the separation of executive and legislative powers and the constitution.
GOP lawmakers including Speaker Paul Ryan and R-Wis also passed a statement narrating that the law is clear and only Congress has the authority to amend the laws, not the president. They saw Supreme Court’s ruling as a major victory in their struggle to reestablish the separation of competences in the US.
