Twinkle Khanna Bollywood Comeback: Twinkle Khanna is all set to make her Bollywood comeback, but there’s a catch!! This time not as an actress but as a producer. The actress-turned-author is conceptualising her first project, which is going to be directed by R Balki with Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in lead roles and Amitabh Bachchan in a special appearance.
The film will be the first venture of Mrs Funnybones Movies- Khanna’s brand new production house.

When asked about the film, Akshay said jokingly, “She (Twinkle) is the producer and I will work on a salary.”
Twinkle Khanna Bollywood Comeback: Twinkle to produce films again!
Her last film was “Love ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega” in 2001. After that, the actress paddled in Interior decoration and served as co-producer in “Tees Maar Khan”, “Patiala House”, “Thank You”, “A soldier is never off duty” featuring her husband Akshay Kumar.
Twinkle went on to become a bestselling author with ‘Mrs Funnybones’ hitting stands last year and quickly followed it up with her short stories fiction debut, ‘The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad’, which was launched last month. She has authored two books and runs an interior design store called The White Window in Mumbai.
The filming is all set to begin in early 2017. Khanna, who is known for her column Mrs Funnybones, is also the co-founder of Akshay Kumar’s production house Hari Om.
