Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad: 18 April 2016, there is the 12th Match of IPL season 2016 which is played between Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Mumbai Indians. With the great team efforts and skillful gameplay, the team Sunrisers Hyderabad has won today’s match.
The man of the match goes to David Warner with 90 runs in 59 balls and awarded for his great determination in the game that team to victory.
In the first innings, Mumbai Indians won the toss and enters Guptill and Parthiv Patel at the crease. The batsmen starting were not so good and on Bhubhaneswar ball, Guptill was caught out. Now enters Rayudu, while Patel was bowled out on Barinder ball on 3rd over. Then enters captain, Rohit Sharma but he too are unable to set his form and was run out on 7th overs. Then the wickets fall on very intervals of few overs after Rohit then Butler, Rayudu, Pandya. And finally, the team set the targets of 142 runs for 6 wickets.
For the second innings, Sunrisers Hyderabad on strike and enters Warner and Dhawan at the crease. And again as usual Dhawan is bowled out in the first over itself. Then enters Henriques and both the batsmen chased the target with speed until 10th over where Henriques was caught out ball by Southee. Enters Eon Morgan and now by the end of 12th over Warner had his 50 runs at just 40 balls. Eon Morgan then was caught out on Southee ball. Now Deepak Hooda and Warner were on strike and with a more great performance by David warner the team has beaten the Mumbai Indians in today’s match.
And finally with the blow six of Warner, they have scored 145 runs for 3 wickets. And Sunrisers Hyderabad won the match by 7 wickets.
