First of all, it displays all your devices at one place along with their detailed information. It provides support for all Apple products like iPhones, MacBook, iPad and iPod too.
It also features many “How to” articles to help you in every possible way. The app also features a Chat option which allows you to talk to a service representative who can help in troubleshooting some problems. In case the problem needs to be addressed at the store, then they will book you an appointment for the same. It will arerange for Apple to call you back if that is something that you would like.
